The audience will get a holistic perspective on the healthcare system from leadership potential, to bullying and incivility all the way to Dignity and explanations on how that applies to Doctors, Nurses, Patients and even Hospital Administration.

The audience will see the return of Phyllis Quinlan and Jennifer Griggs who are leaders in their respective health and wellness positions. Phyllis will provide her views on leadership in the healthcare workplace in addition to look at Bullying and Incivility as well as provide her views on how to foster leadership within the healthcare system.
