With nearly two years of working from home, quarantines, Covid-19 scares and a polarized society, many employees are seeking mental health-based leave, sick leave, and changes and accommodations from their employers. What are the specific mental health disorders that have arisen from this ongoing pandemic and what new laws need to be created to help accommodate these workers in making the readjustment into the workplace? With her educational background and her thriving practice, she has provided effective psychotherapy interventions to understand, identify and implement riding success. Alison Petty is a Mindset Coach from the UK who spent 24 years wheelchair and bed-bound due to the chronic health conditions known as Fibromyalgia and M.E/CFS.
